Salaam Baalak Trust Batch's Graduation!
Our first batch in collaboration with Salaam Baalak Trust concluded in July, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of 14 high school graduates. Thanks to Instilt's dynamic lessons, these students not only honed their English proficiency but also experienced profound personal growth. The graduation ceremony was a touching tribute to their journey, highlighting the deep bonds forged with their tutors and the transformative impact of their hard work.
SBT has partnered with Instilt on numerous successful occasions, creating impactful learning experiences for students. In these student-tutor sessions, tutors employed innovative methods such as games and icebreakers to engage students and build confidence. Additionally, tutors provided practical support by guiding students through CV preparation and conducting mock interviews, equipping them with essential job search skills. These activities significantly improved students' speaking and retention abilities. Many students expressed a newfound confidence in speaking English, especially during interviews and interactions with strangers, and they attributed this growth to the classes and support provided by their tutors.
The graduation ceremony was a heartfelt event, marked by emotional farewells, shared memories, and warm expressions of appreciation from both students and tutors. It celebrated the strong bonds formed and the significant growth achieved throughout the course. Several students expressed deep gratitude for their tutors' dedication, with one sharing how their guidance and corrections helped build her confidence.

Another student shared how our English program provided them with new knowledge and a better command of the English language:
